Ingredients:
* 1 Cup of Clarified Butter
* 3 Crushed Garlic Cloves
* 1/2 Finely Chopped Onion or 2 Tablespoons Chopped Chives
* 3 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Parsley
* 1 Cup Tart Red Wine
* Ground Black Pepper
* Salt
* 1 Pound Sautéed Fresh Mushrooms
* 2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
* 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
* Corn Starch
Directions:
Heat clarified butter in frying pan
Add crushed garlic and fry until golden brown
Add onions to mixture
Add ground pepper & salt to taste
Add parsley to mixture
Simmer until partially cooked
Add Worcestershire sauce & ketchup
Add sautéed mushrooms (and juice from pan)
Bring mixture to a boil
Add wine to mixture
Thicken to taste by adding corn starch, little by little until desired thickness
Serve over your favorite grilled Thuringer Meats Butcher-Cut Steak!
